We serve infusion patients in Bradford, Columbia, Lackawanna, Luzerne, Lycoming, Monroe, Pike, Schuylkill, Susquehanna, Tioga, Wayne, and Wyoming counties in Pennsylvania. In addition, we serve specialty injectable patients nationwide by mail order.
Services We Offer:
Home Infusion Pharmacy- TheraPoint can provide your patient with home infusion therapies such as, antibiotics, TPN, hydration, intotropics, and patient controlled analgesia.
TheraPoint will provide the medications, pumps, tubings, flushes and related supplies. TheraPoint will also provide 24 hour coverage for pharmacy services, nursing assistance and equipment failure.
TheraPoint does not provide direct patient care in the home. We will coordinate with the home health agency of your choosing who will provide all primary nursing care.

Specialty Injectable Pharmacy – TheraPoint has been selected by major insurers to be an exclusive supplier of specialty injectable medications. We have specialty pharmacy programs for asthma, arthritis, Hepatitis C, Multiple Sclerosis, and various other disease states.

Ambulatory Infusion Centers – This revolutionary concept provides the non-home-bound infusion patient with an alternative to receiving treatment in a hospital’s outpatient department. The first of their kind in this region, Therapoint currently operates two AIC’s in Dunmore and Kingston, Pennsylvania.
Our expert infusion nurses and pharmacists are experienced at working together to provide specialty infusion programs for Arthritis, Multiple Sclerosis, Crohn’s Disease, and various other disease states.

Simply call TheraPoint at 1-800-278-2101. Our regular office hours are Monday through Friday, 8:30 am to 4:30 pm (Closed on major holidays). If you have an urgent referral to make after hours, our answering service will page an on call nurse to assist you.
Please be prepared to provide us with the patient’s demographics, allergies, diagnosis, medication orders, type of IV access if applicable, ordering physician, discharge date, insurance information, and the name of the home health agency that will be going into the patient’s home. (If you need to find a home health agency - Click Here - .) IF THE PATIENT HAS A SEPARATE PRESCRIPTION PLAN CARD, THE INFORMATION ON THAT CARD MAY GREATLY EXPIDITE THE REFERRAL PROCESS.
One of our reimbursement specialists will then verify the patient’s benefits. A representative of TheraPoint will then call you back to inform you if we can accept the patient’s case and you will be informed of any applicable co-pays or deductibles at that time.
Just a reminder… Some insurers require preauthorization for certain therapies. For example, in some cases where a patient requires TPN, it may take up to 48 hours after the insurer receives the appropriate information from the ordering physician for them to give us approval to provide the therapy. Please plan accordingly.
